Our support team places a great emphasis on ensuring that any issues and queries are resolved as soon as possible.

Account Management

From the minute you choose Safeguard, you are supported by a dedicated account manager. Our Account Managers play a crucial role in developing relationships with the client once implementation is complete. These relationships enable us to work closely with clients to understand changing business needs. This is done by regular telephone conversations and management meetings with the objective of ensuring that Rivo provides the best possible level of service. Clients also have direct access via phone or email to our Helpdesk, made up of technical specialists, who will deal with any queries you may have there and then.

Implementation

We strive to ensure that all our implementations are successful and are delivered by highly-qualified Implementation Consultants aiming to meet defined success criteria. Rivo has a very clearly defined implementation methodology designed to maximise user acceptance and take-up of the Safeguard solution.

Training

Rivo can deliver training on a one-to-one basis right through to a programme covering hundreds of employees. These courses can be held at clients’ facilities or at our Training Suite in Warwick. We provide training programmes either directly or on a “train the trainer” basis over a part or multi-day period. Courses are tailored to the system configuration and the requirements of the users.

Product enhancements

Rivo is continuously updating and enhancing its applications to ensure they meet the evolving requirements of our clients. We are keen to hear feedback from clients and users of our software so that the development work that we undertake is meeting their requirements.

Product enhancement requests from clients are received in a number of ways:
