Features

Safeguard is configured with your own surveys and assessments, as it is not an off-the-shelf solution. Surveys and Assessments can include questions that respond to ask for further detail, built in help text, and graphics where required. Assessments and Surveys can be issued from any location to users or groups according to your organisational or geographical structure. Emails are sent with full instructions to complete the assessment, which are intuitive and user-friendly, and can be completed in several stages. If necessary users can upload and attach related documentation. Once an assessment has been issued, Safeguard will proactively prompt the user until they have completed their assessment. Management users always have a real-time view of the status of all assessments from any location.

The responses are automatically captured according to your specification to ensure the important issues are raised centrally and given the appropriate priority. Tasks can be raised and allocated to the appropriate individual to be completed. Reports can then be run to show the issues raised in the format you need, or more proactive alerts can be configured to send email notifications in particular circumstances.
