The Safeguard Library module is a centralised information repository for resources including hyperlinks to websites, electronic document and file storage. It is used by Rivo’s clients to manage resources including banks of useful sites, Safeguard user guides and training materials, policy statements, Health & Safety bulletins and meeting notes, relevant articles or conference material. Any company-wide document can be uploaded using any file type.

The Safeguard Library is designed to deliver a single source of corporate information from any location, and is organised using folders and subfolders according to your requirements for ease of access. Access can be carefully controlled by role, location, or user group.
The Library is available in all Safeguard implementations if required.
