Hazards

Safeguard’s Hazard module is used by high-profile, high risk clients to log hazards and manage hazards effectively in order to minimise risk. Safeguard users are able to report hazards online by entering them into Safeguard, or by simply sending a text message to the system. Hazards can be reported by anyone, whether a Safeguard user, general member of staff, or contractor, and senders will receive an automated response by text or email, confirming the report has been captured.

When a Hazard is reported, Safeguard can send a notification to the user (or users) responsible for managing hazards. Safeguard’s hazard management process is then instigated, allowing resolution or closure of the hazard through creating, allocating, and scheduling tasks. When the hazard has been resolved, Safeguard will also notify the original sender to let them know of this progress.
