Accident and Incident Management

Safeguard’s Accident and Incident Management (AIM) module is designed to help your organisation take a proactive approach to reducing accidents, and comply with legal obligations to record, report and investigate accidents, incidents and near misses in the workplace. Our easy-to-use platform, Safeguard, enables your organisation to record accidents and near misses online, maintain a centralised database of real-time accident, incident, and near miss data, and generate consistent management reports at the click of a button. Every stage of the process is conducted on-line and progress of investigations and associated actions can be tracked through to completion.

The module is tailored to be as simple or as detailed as required, and can include:

  • Allow all members of staff to log an incident online, or restrict access to a key number of users
