We had some great feedback about our latest seminar ‘Audits & Checklists – A Mobile Solution’ which took place on 17 June.
Over 55 delegates attended from a range of organisations including long term customers, newly implemented customers and organisations considering the implementation of Rivo’s Safeguard solution.
Nigel Salisbury from Persimmon Homes, who have been using the Destiny digital pens with the Safeguard Audit & Checklist module, described how this solution has helped them to overcome the difficulties they faced around capturing data from site inspections and the input delay once a checklist had been completed due to a largely mobile workforce, remote locations and limited mobile coverage. With the digital pens and customised form, Persimmon are now able to collect data on site and transfer it to Safeguard immediately. For Persimmon, the use of the pens has speeded up the data collation process and removed the manual data input process. They have also increased the number of inspections as staff no longer have to return to the office to input the checklist data.
