Latest Safeguard Functionality Update

Safeguard, the UK’s leading Health and Safety management system, has been further enhanced with a new release. The latest version of Safeguard includes a new Asset Management module which enables organisations to have an up-to-date inventory of their assets. Assets can be stored against locations and Safeguard gives you an instant view of the current state of your assets.

Review periods can be set dependent on the type of asset and inspection reminders can be sent and any that are overdue are highlighted, allowing you to focus on areas that need attention.

Features of this new module include the ability to copy across common assets from one location or move them to other locations to reduce any duplication of effort. There is also the facility to archive assets when they are no longer in use and attach certificates and other documentation.
