Task management

The Safeguard Tasks module allows users to view personal 'to do' lists, and create, delegate, manage and track actions through the system.

Tasks can be generated through other modules when action needs to be taken to resolve a Health & Safety issue, or can be created independently.

Safeguard gives you the option to assign tasks to individuals and set deadlines for completion. Recurring tasks can also be set up to save time for routine assignments.

Both manager and delegated user have full visibility of progress, and email reminders prompt further action and notify users when a deadline is approaching or a task is overdue.

Audit trail

A comprehensive audit trail plots progress of all tasks, including dates and times of any data input, details of any action taken and records when and to whom related emails were sent.

Reporting

Safeguard's advanced reporting feature allows users to view the number of tasks outstanding or completed by location or individual, or within a specific timeframe.
