Hazard Reporting

When hazards are logged in Safeguard, emails are generated to alert relevant parties, and tasks can be allocated to resolve the issue. Emails will continue to be sent until a hazard is resolved, so you can rest assured that nothing will be left to chance.

The advanced reporting feature in our Hazard Management software allows you to view reports on hazards by type, location and status. A comprehensive audit trail tracks all data input into the system, recording all additions and deletions by user, date and time, giving you absolute visibility and control.

Standard reports are available in relation to all hazards and can be shown by location, activity and those still outstanding. Safeguard can even integrate with your intranet so that all of your employees can view the hazard reports.
