Audit process

Safeguard’s configuration options allow you to select the audit management process that is appropriate to your organisation. Each audit has a series of questions and an area for answers. Notes and help information can be added against each question. Our Audit software allows management process to be configured to act in a number of different ways when an issue is identified during an audit.The status of tasks can then be monitored to ensure they are completed within the allocated time.

Completing audits

Audit checklists can be printed out if required so that they can be completed away from a PC. Documents related to the audit, such as reports or photographs, can be uploaded and attached to the checklist. The audit software allows you to manually set review dates or these can be scheduled automatically. The system sends out email reminders when audits become due.
