When an incident is reported, Safeguard automatically sends emails to nominated individuals to notify them of the report. The incident can then be allocated to a specific person to undertake an investigation and complete a report on the incident. The investigation report can include information on the reasons for the incident and any corrective measure that have been put in place. Related documents and digital images can be uploaded and stored with the report. Every stage of the process is conducted online and progress of investigations and associated tasks can be tracked through to completion.
