Project Manager:

As Project Manager in Rivo you will manage multiple client engagements and will be responsible for delivering projects on time and to quality. The complexity at Rivo does not lie in the size of our projects but the volume of projects we deliver simultaneously. We are looking for a strong Project Manager with proven client-facing experience with global clients. You should have good attention to detail and experience of managing multiple software implementation projects at any time. You are the interface between Rivo and the client and must have strong client management skills and be able to motivate your team to deliver on time and to quality through good team leadership and effective line management. We are looking for a high energy individual that measures success on outcomes and not on effort. Must be smart and gets things done!

Implementation Consultant:

As an Implementation Consultant in Rivo you will be working as part of an Agile delivery team to deliver our solutions to global clients. You must be quick learner and be able to  develop the knowledge required to configure and implement our Safeguard solution.  You will be involved in liaising with clients, producing solution design and corresponding documentation, hands on technical configuration, pre-release system testing, user acceptance testing, issue management and resolution, customer go-live support, responding to ad-hoc support queries from clients during projects, delivery of training material and training courses for clients. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed as part of a team. Must be smart and gets things done!
