Implementation

Rivo adheres to a strict implementation methodology to maximise acceptance and take-up of the Safeguard solution. Each project has a dedicated Implementation Manager who co-ordinates resources required by your organisation as well as our own technical and implementation resource.  This ensures that the system is delivered to your exact requirements.

The Rivo implementation manager is responsible for:

• Leading the planning and configuration of all project deliverables in line with your objectives
• Managing the agreed work plan and project review meetings
• Ensuring the quality of the implementation
• Managing project change requests
