Following implementation, a Rivo Account Manager will work with the client to assist with queries and any further requirements that may arise. Account Managers will also be in regular communication with clients, including on-site visits, to maintain a long-term understanding of the business and address any issues that arise.

At user events, Rivo shares news about new and future developments in Safeguard’s functionality, including improvement to the existing platform or the development of new modules. Key speakers are invited to talk on topical issues and to share their own experiences in the Safety, Health & Environmental field. User events also provide a forum for clients to discuss their experiences of using the Safeguard system.
Intermediate seminars concentrate upon Safety, Health and Environmental-related topics and discussions have included, for example, Occupational Road Risk, Managing Risk (presented by a Risk Consultant from HSBC Insurance), Maximising the value of Safeguard and Management Systems; OHSAS 18001 Accreditation.
